Performance Measurements
Created and implemented scorecards and dashboards for the
nation’s second largest blood collection and distribution
entity. Performance measures showed managers/executives
how to take a daily view of their activities to ensure
advancement. Whether those objectives were operational,
financial, customer-based, or pertain to learning, professional
development, and growth, strategic framework was provided to
execute, and then direct the implementation of project
portfolios that best accomplished those objectives.
Planned the Activities-Based Costing Project for a $43
billion financial institution, an initiative to pinpoint the
precise cost of every banking transaction, in order to identify
opportunities for profitability reporting, cost reduction, and
capacity planning.
The 9-month project involved collaborating
with corporate-wide C-level executives and department
managers to capture branch operation costs and shareholder
value add. The project compiled data from more than
20 mainframes in lending, deposits, mortgage, and leasing;
and deconstructed the data by branch, then by account,
product type, and customer.
