StratXTeam Poised to Launch New Paradigm for Strategy Execution

• StratX - diminuitive for Strategy-To-Execution - is a consortium of industry and academic leaders who are passionate about the discipline of strategic planning and execution.  We are committed to building a national reputation for strategy planning , strategy management, and strategy implementation, through academic teaching, seminar presentations, conference appearances, and with professional organizations and universities.

• In partner ship with a Stanford professor, Cisco manager, and the nationwide facilitation corporation, MG Rush, Mr. Murphy is currently developing a collaborative Web 2.0 community devoted to building and improving the disciplines required for effective planning, and constructing a radically-new business model for strategy execution.

• The StratX Team  leads initiatives to identify “blue ocean” strategies and to transform those into efficient project work streams aligned with clear goals, metrics and purpose.  The team's activities include p articipation in high-level operational initiatives: infrastructure design, process re-engineering, turnaround, reorganization, and business / product integration.
