Enterprise Data Warehouse Has Roadmap for Project Success

• Initiated formal PM methods and procedures - from the ground up - for the Enterprise Data Warehouse of a $43 billion financial institution.   Created all the policies and procedures for the project roadmap, and implemented them for several major corporate programs that provided business-critical information to the CFOs, COOs, and federal regulators.

• As Program Manager, led strategic project planning, and oversaw program portfolio and project managers in a matrix environment, ensuring that all project stakeholders were clear on what they were doing (roadmap), why they were doing it (company & community goals); and that they enjoyed what they were doing, so they worked efficiently to deliver the goals .
