Performed:
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
- Determined the current methods of handling products,
materials, supplies, parts, equipment, and waste, as well
as the procedures for receiving, storing and
distributing products.
- Identified and corrected inefficiencies.Proposed
methods for automating, expediting and improving the
accuracy of inventory tracking.
RESOURCE TRACKING
- Developed methods or tools to measure and track
employee productivity.
- Evaluated the systems used to determine truck costs and
load estimating, and made recommendations for
upgrading.
- Reviewed operations planning/scheduling/tracking and
control procedures & forms, along with driver
reports. Modified and/or implemented, as

and procedures (such as submission of timecards);
